Mary Marsico
Mary Marsico is the Founder and Owner of BTC Events. With her she brings 30 years of experience in the Hospitality industry and 16 years as the driving force behind her company. Her career began at Hilton, excelling in Operations and F&B. Her journey continued as an Event Lead, where she demonstrated a knack for operations and a keen eye for design.
Mary’s passion lies in the dynamic challenge of creating memorable events, from intimate dinners to lavish weekend affairs. She thrives on building vendor and venue partnerships and aligning with impact-driven individuals. Mary is now focused on Destination Experiences, combining her love for travel and the culinary scene to create once-in-a-lifetime global events for her clients.
Lauren Medina
Lauren Medina possesses over 20 years of expertise in Operations and F&B, with a strong focus on Client Relations, Catering, and Events. She spent a decade at Starwood Brand before transitioning to boutique hotels and event spaces.
Lauren’s favorite take away from her work is witnessing the smiles and happiness of her clients; it is her knowing the integral role she played in making their event special. With creative vigor to orchestrate memorable moments, this drives Lauren’s dedication to achieving excellence in every affair she is a part of.
Maggie Marsico
Maggie Marsico is the longest-standing team member at BTC, having started at 16 years old and learning “from the bottom up.” She has consistently excelled at client relations to running events as one of our managers.
In addition to her events expertise, Maggie manages our BTC brand including content creation and strategy across our digital and social presence as well as pitching and outreach. Her innate sense of guests' needs and her enthusiastic approach to her responsibilities make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Todd Miller
Todd Miller has dedicated 30 years to the banquet industry, amassing a wealth of experience with both Hilton and Marriott. Starting as a waiter, Todd's unwavering commitment and exceptional skills propelled him to the role of Director of Banquets.
A natural team player, he seamlessly coordinates with venue partners, vendors, and staff to ensure every function and party runs flawlessly. Todd's extensive background, passion, and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the BTC team.
